Files with "&" in their names

When uploading documents with “&” in the file name it throws an error, but still allows the file to be imported. Would love to be able to use that as a lot of programs use “&” in their naming conventions automatically and having to remember to rename can be challenging for my tax team trying to work quickly. Thanks!
