Sort other deductions by alphabetical order
I find it super important to review my balance sheet once sorted and many times have lots of different expense accounts in the under deduction section. Would be great if they can be sorted alphabetically that way review is easiest and I can see if I mistakenly have duplicates, etc.

JE's for "Future" periods separated from current year
Adding a JE for in a 2024 binder with a date of 2025 does not include it in the 2024 Balance Sheet and P&L and TB. This way we can prepare first of the year rollovers/accruals/etc. entries without messing up the current year numbers.

Would like to see the account number on the Trial Balance tab be itβs own column, and be able to sort the trial balance by account number.

Change "Do Not Map" from a mapping option to a checkbox option
We like our client reports to flow nicely where it shows income statement and balance sheet items as it does on the tax return; however, when we map an account to a βdo not mapβ options, it typically goes to the top or bottom and has to be looked for. If we end up mapping the account to an item, such as officer comp, then it reflects nicely on the financial reports but overrides the tax return if we donβt delete it from the import file or check it off in the tax software not to map. However we do the work around, it creates some unnecessary time. Anyway, if there was a checkbox or some other feature in your software where the account could be mapped where it is reflected on the tax return but where we could select that we donβt want it to generate to the tax import file, that would be great.

Would like to see a section to where can add workpapers that arenβt related to the TB, and will be included in the finalized binder. I have around 10 tax workpapers that I use for all returns that I am having troubles figuring out where to put and that they will be put into the binder. For now I think I will have to include as attachment in TB view.

Files with "&" in their names
When uploading documents with β&β in the file name it throws an error, but still allows the file to be imported. Would love to be able to use that as a lot of programs use β&β in their naming conventions automatically and having to remember to rename can be challenging for my tax team trying to work quickly. Report PDF Formatting
This is simple and non-critical, but when a PDF of the reports is downloaded, the output file is not a standard letter size page. Each report takes a different shape depending on the number of rows on the page. This makes each page size inconsistent and a bit difficult to read when reviewing a PDF file. Is it possible to standardize the page size for the PDF reports that download out of TallyFor?

PY Comparative Financials
Kaden, Tallyfor currently only has comparative columns on the Trial Balance report, not on the Balance Sheet or Income Statement. However, we are planning on adding those in the near future.

Hi, i noticed as i'm adding my own folders under reports, i want them to show up in a certain order, but they show up in a random order, is there a way to fix it? i tried to move it around but it doesn't work. (Natasha)

For WorkLESS Papers (WLP) allow multiple rows to reference the same Attachment.
Often, there is ONE common file that is used for MULTIPLE Account Lines. So instead of attaching the same file to multiple lines, the desired flow is to on a NEW Account line, to be able to Select an existing Attachment and associate it. Eg Select Existing Workpaper. keep using existing CR tag. (no need to make a new one) ~1:02. Pancerella requested. Current hack is to use the note. eg βSee WP R-1β. Do Notes get stitched into Finalized binder?
